Our local East Central Indiana Youth for Christ Board, in whose judgment I trust, has made a decision to change our ministry name. Our new name is "Youth Serving Christ Ministries". Our mission to reach kids for Christ and disciple them has not changed, nor has our love for the youth of Madison County.

  • YFC reaches young people everywhere, working together with the local church and other likeminded partners to raise up lifelong followers of Jesus who lead by their godliness in lifestyle, devotion to the Word of God and prayer, passion for sharing the love of Christ and commitment to social involvement.
  • Campus Life (HIgh School) and Campus Life [M] (Middle School) reach young people through campus-based outreach and programming. Promoting a balanced life approach - physical, mental, social, and spiritual - Campus Life gives teens the skills and hope they need to live in a turbulent world, and introduces them to the person of Christ and the truth of the Bible. Known for its safe, fun and high energy weekly meetings, Campus Life also incorporates small groups, trips, events, one-on-one appointments, shared experiences, large group meetings, and much more. Basically, wherever young people are, Campus Life staff and volunteers are there too, building solid relationships and becoming involved in a student's world.

  • Juvenile Justice Ministries (JJM) seeks to engage and build relationships with young people in vulnerable situations, such as detention centers, probation, correctional facilities, group homes, residential treatment centers and emergency shelters. Formerly known as YFC's Youth Guidance, we help young people acquire and develop a way of living taught by Jesus Christ. Relationships begun in these institutions are continued into the community. With recidivism rates (rate of return to the system) greater than 60% without ongoing intervention and care, these relationships become even more essential, and Youth for Christ has a great national reputation for being a positive influence in our communities with these young people.
